The German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in 2018-2019, 2021-2022 in Ezbet Allam (El Khosous). GIZ is one of the significant partnerships in the educational sector.
Projects goals :
Empowering primary and preparatory school students, as well as young graduates of technical diplomas, by enhancing their educational skills. The project also focused on developing teachers’ capacities to effectively interact with students. The following results were achieved:
Projects Outputs:
- The "Future Heroes" program: 750 children.
- The "Tomorrow is Better" program: 150 youth
- The "We and Our Children" program: 30 teachers.
- The "Cubs but Heroes" program: 200 children.
- Providing 150 seats to Alamir School in El Khosous.
Japanese Tobacco International (JTI) and Rotary Club Ashmoun City - Monufia Governorate are considered among the most successful projects implemented from 2020 to 2022.
Projects goals:
Empowering women economically by training them in entrepreneurship skills and how to create various products such as bags and trousers. Additionally, the project included a health awareness program and illiteracy eradication initiatives.

Care Egypt:
Project goal:
Empowering youth economically and socially through savings and loan groups, which provide simple financial services (such as mutual support, savings, and lending) to a community that lacks access to formal financial services.
Project Outputs:
- Formation of 10 savings and loan groups for the targeted group youth at the age group (16-25 years).
Khier w Baraka and New Woman Association, University of Strathclyde Business School & Arab Academy:
Project goal:
“Helping women gain the skills to manage small businesses and make shoes, so they can improve their income and become economically independent in Asmarat Neighborhood.
Project Outputs:
- entrepreneurship program: 15 women
- sewing and shoe manufacturing training: 15 women
- Marketing shoes products to the beneficiaries for one year.
Culture and Education Foundation Protocol
Protocol goal :
aims to implement programs focused on building children’s character and raising parents’ awareness on how to effectively deal with their children from 2023 to 2025
1- "Ana w N7no", which focuses on:
- Building self-confidence in children.
- Developing fundamental skills for interacting in society.
- Teaching how to handle differences in society and how to benefit from them.
- Engaging with a community of young people.
2- "Situations and Ideas in Positive Parenting":
- To raise awareness among mothers to help them build skills in raising their children.
Protocol Outputs:
