Message from the founder
Manara for Development and Training (MDT), is a non-profit organization that has been legally incorporated in Egypt since 2015
(registration number 9771). The organization seeks to provide social services in the key fields
of education, training and economic integration. MDT believes in the inherent capabilities of
all, with programmatic activities targeting children, youth and women

Manara for Development and Training
We believe that each child is entitled to the best possible education and the right to build life
skills for lifelong learning. We also believe that youth should be supported in their transition to
the labor market with the skills, both technical and soft, to reach gainful employment. We also
believe that empowering women and supporting their economic integration is key not only for
gender equality but for the wellbeing of the whole society.

Empowering primary, preparatory school students, as well as young graduates of technical diplomas, by enhancing their educational skills. The project also focused on developing teachers’ capacities to effectively We and our children.
JTI & Rotary part
Japanese Tobacco Internation in cooperation to Rotary has been a strategic partners supporting women’s economic empowerment activities in Menoufia Governorate from 2019 until June 2024. This program aimed to enhance women’s capabilities in various fields such as vocational training, entrepreneurship, health awareness, and educational programs.
